Report a Problem
If someone is using Guisera to impersonate you, to harass someone, or to break the law, tell us. You do not need an account and you do not need to be certain — we would rather read ten reports that come to nothing than miss the one that mattered.
1. Report it here
info@guisera.online
Put ABUSE at the start of the subject line so it is routed
straight to the people who handle these.
If you have an account, opening a ticket from your dashboard is faster — it arrives already linked to you, so we do not have to establish who you are before we can act.
2. What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can act. Send what you have; do not wait until you have all of it.
- What is happening, in your own words.
- Where you saw it — the platform, channel, stream, or meeting, with a link if there is one.
- When, including a rough time and your time zone.
- Evidence — a screenshot, a recording, an archived link. Please do not send us material that is itself illegal to possess; describe it and tell us where it is instead.
- Whether you are the person affected, or reporting on someone else's behalf.
- How to reach you if we need more.
3. What happens next
- We acknowledge it, normally within one business day.
- We investigate. This means the account record, the payment trail, and the pattern of use. It does not mean reviewing video: sessions are processed live and never recorded, so there is no footage for us to examine. See How the AI works.
- We act. Depending on what we find: a warning, suspension while we look further, or permanent closure with unused credits forfeited.
- We tell you the outcome — that we acted, though not the details of another person's account, which we are not permitted to share.
Where a report involves a child, we act immediately and report to the relevant authorities. There is no warning step and no appeal.
4. If someone is impersonating you
Using a real person's likeness without their agreement breaks our conduct rules. Tell us and we will act on the account.
Two things worth knowing:
- Tell the platform as well. Whatever service the stream or call happened on can remove the content itself, which we cannot do. We can stop the person using our tool; only they can take down what was posted.
- Keep your evidence. Save the recording or screenshot before it is deleted. If this becomes a legal matter, that record is the thing that matters most, and it is usually the thing nobody kept.
5. Reporting a security problem
If you have found a vulnerability in our systems, please tell us privately at info@guisera.online with SECURITY in the subject, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.
We will not pursue action against anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith, who does not access or alter other people's data, and who does not degrade the service while testing.
6. Legal requests
Law enforcement and legal representatives should write to info@guisera.online with LEGAL in the subject. Please state the legal basis for the request and what specifically is sought.
We disclose customer information only where the law requires it or where doing so is necessary to prevent harm, and we tell the affected customer unless we are prohibited from doing so.
7. Bad-faith reports
Reports made to harass someone, or knowingly false ones, are themselves a breach of our rules. Report what you genuinely believe is happening.
